A good day to all!! I have had a changing table in my house for as long as I can remember. After the kids were out of diapers I had used it in their rooms for book and toy storage. The one I had was over 25 years old and it was really showing its’ age.

Μια καλή ημέρα για όλους !! Είχα μια αλλαξιέρα στο σπίτι μου για όσο χρονικό διάστημα μπορώ να θυμηθώ. Μετά που τα παιδιά ήταν εκτός πάνες το είχα χρησιμοποιήσει στα δωμάτιά τους για τα βιβλία και την αποθήκευση των παιχνιδιών. Η αλλαξιερα που είχα ήταν πάνω από 25 ετών και πραγματικά δείχνει την ηλικία της.
I guess we could consider it the granddaddy of this number which is the Gulliver by IKEA.
Θα μπορούμε να πούμε ότι ήταν ο παππούς αυτου το κομματιού της Ikea.
Like I said, no more babies in the house, and it was in very bad shape, so I decided to give it a bit of paint and brighten up the piece. I also added some contact paper to the white shelves and here is what it looks like now.
Όπως είπα, όχι περισσότερα βρέφη στο σπίτι, και ήταν σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση, έτσι αποφάσισα να του δώσω λίγο χρώμα για να γίνει φωτεινο το κομμάτι. Πρόσθεσα επίσης λίγο αυτοκόλλητο χαρτί στα λευκά ράφια και εδώ είναι πώς φαίνεται τώρα.
As you can see I also removed the front of the railings to make it more like a shelf.

ων για να γίνει περισσότερο σαν ένα ράφι.
And because it is white, it brightens up my dreary, rainy Thursday. That is my re-purpose for today. Hope you enjoyed my post and that it brightens up your day!!
