And just in case you have no idea what this is, I upload “a photo of the day” on my Facebook page here, every day and at the end of the month I present the best picked by you. This is my way of saying “thank you” to all of my followers. I have added the whole series on the bottom of this post.
A trip to the dentist’s waiting room yielded this tourture instrument of a chair.

Beautiful images! I especially love the clouds shot and the flower with the pink center for spring! Awesome series idea! ๐
With Love,
Mandy
Thanks Mandy. I really enjoy taking photos so why not share the love!
Hi Mary, wow…just don’t know which pictures I like best. I do love the flowers in the sand. But then again, I do love the one of the clouds too.
Your photography is just really lovely and I enjoy the snapshots of your life.
Hugs, Lynn
Lynn youknow how it is, they are like your babies. You can’t pick just one. Have a great weekend!
For March, #6 is my fave, followed by your son’s of the monastery. You have a good eye Mary!
Florence the photos that are taken when the sun is setting are the best, in my opinion. Thank you for the compliment.
Mary I missed so many of your beautiful photos this month, I’m really ignoring FB a lot and wow, now I feel I missed out on all the fun photos! Thanks for rounding them up again so I get to enjoy them all at once!! Love seeing you smile, I hope the dentist went well!
Oh Katrin I know life is so busy. I even forget to upload them sometimes. Lol. Thanks for your sweet words. And the dentist was the best.
I like all of your photos but especially the white flowers. We don’t have spring here yet and I am CRAVING flowers! Hopefully we will get some soon!
Aww, it has to come at some point. We are lucky in that we get spring early but then by May we are frying. I guess every area has their pros and cons.
Mary you know how much I love your photos, but these are something else. There’s a sense of nostalgia – except for those weird chairs, those are just weird ๐ The photo you took of the tree and sea and mountains in the background is so gorgeous. I love the contrast and lines and the promise of foreverness.
I love the way you discribe things Michelle. Actually what you call nostalgia is the light from the sunset. It has a warm glow to it that makes anything look better, even the weird chairs.
I had to laugh when you said your trip to IKEA is so far. It’s a good thing ours isn’t because we’ve been there 3 times last month and still have to go back to return something. Of course, we make it fun by eating at a restaurant nearby!!

Jodie for us it’s an adventure. We get all excited in anticipation for those meatballs. And of course there is the shopping too. We always come back home exhausted.
I do love a trip to IKEA, loving the pink clouds framing the flags #mysundayphoto
Ikea is one of my favorite places, too bad it’s so far away! Or maybe that;s a good thing!
A great look at March and spring unfolding
This month is uncategorizable as far as weather goes. Thanks Fiona!
I love your sons photo of the monastery in the cliffs. How they managed to build these always amazes me #MySundayPhoto
I know what you mean. When you are close by you can see that it is huge not just a shack in a rock!
Lovely photos! I’m looking forward to the return of the cafes in Spain as well. The sunnier spots have had chairs and tables out but not everyone. Enjoy the week and thanks for sharing with us at Creatively Crafty #ccbg ๐
We are full on outdoors now Lydia. There is no keeping us indoors.
Mary, you always have the nicest collection of photos.Lovely.
Thank you so much Carol! It means a lot!
What flowers are those in photo 5?
Florence those are blossoms from broad bean plants.
Beautiful photo’s Mary! I love them all, but my favorites are the flowers that are growing in the sand, and the bell tower.
Those flowers look to me like they are defying nature Linda.
Gorgeous photographs. I wish I was better at taking pictures. Beautiful images really make a blog.
Thank you Lisa. Practice and it will come. I use a cheapo camera but I love photography even if I don’t know how to use dslr cameras.
Mary, how did I miss that chair? I’ve never seen anything quite like it. I’m glad you found one more to your liking, and that’s a great picture of you!! I always enjoy your photos! The flowers are my favorite but also I always gasp at just how blue the sky is, breathtaking.
Keri no one is ever going to miss that chair. It was such a pain to sit in. Yes that sky color never gets old. And it really is that blue!
Your pictures are all lovely, Mary, but I’m a sucker for the beach. Waves just make me say, ahhh… ๐
Kim you have a pool in the back of your house so I get that you are attracted to the water.
Hi Mary,
I always enjoy your round up of pics for each month and this month I really liked the pic of the pretty pink-centered flower (what is it, btw?) and the one of Mega Spelio. Such strength in those stones!
Kali Anastasti and Kalo Pascha!
Poppy
I think the flower is a blossom from an almond tree or one of those that are at the farm. You can see how clueless I am here. Kalo Pascha!
How I missed this post, Mary?? You may be in the boondocks, but it looks so beautiful. That monastery on the side of the mountain is impressive, I wonder how monks get there.
Pili there is a road leading up to the monastery. So that is not so hard. The thing that boggles my mind is how did they build this in the side of the mountain?
