This is the story of four table legs that were found out in the road. These poor legs were filthy and covered in mud. But they were curvaceous and full of rugged personality and that is what my husband saw when he spotted them out there by themselves. Little did he know, the can of worms he'd be opening up by bringing them home.
This is the tale of the drunken table and a fall vignette.
Welcome to our Twenty-Fourth Sweet Inspiration Link Party.
This week my youngest started school. And I had a very good week, no DIY projects but I did join a blog hop with some amazing ladies in the prime of life "Fifty and Fab". It was a revelation to me that there are so many vibrant ladies out there over fifty who blog! It has also started to cool down a bit which makes this fall gal very happy!

It is almost Fall! And that happens to be my favorite season of the year.
It is almost Fall. And I am also in the Fall or Autumn of my life.
How lucky can a girl get! To be literally in the season and figuratively in the season.
Today I'm not doing a fall project, although that wreath can be used as inspiration. Today I am getting together with a group of my blogging friends who are over Fifty and we are going to share all about being Fifty and Fab!
Let me take you on the journey that has led to the Autumn of my life.
As many of you may know, I live in Greece. You've seen my photos of the beach here and here and the town as well here. But did you know I live in a port town?
Today I am going to take you to what I consider to be the crown jewel of the town.
Let's go on a stroll thru the town waterfront.

Did I say I wanted rain? Well, it hasn't stopped raining all week long! I guess I'm getting too much of a good thing. No complaints thought, because the best time to work is when it is not too hot.
I was finally able to answer the question, "What's inside the vintage suitcase?" I know you were all waiting for that one. And now its time to start thinking of fall crafts. Although it is not really fall weather here ... you know crisp nights, falling leaves ... the rain certainly has helped to get me in the fall mood.
