It is the tenth of the month and that means it's time for me to join my friends on Ten on the Tenth for another project. This time we have gotten together to share fashion and beauty ideas that cost less then ten dollars. Last month we shared container gardening ideas.
Now I'm no Fashion Diva, in fact the opposite is true. But I do know that being organized is important for all the Divas out there who need to find their jewelry pronto! Because you're not gonna get me to give you fashion advice!
But I will say this, I think it would make a fine Mother's Day gift! It is so easy to make this frame jewelry organizer.
Have I ever told you what a great gardener I am...not! I am the queen of killing plants. Not that I do it intentionally.
Even while living in Greece I could not keep flowers alive! I mean I could keep an aloe vera plant alive and even a yucca. But that's about it.
It is the tenth of the month and that means it is time for me to join my friends on Ten on the Tenth for another project. We get together on this day to share a project with you, one that costs us less than ten dollars. Last month we talked about Spring but this month we are really looking ahead to container gardening, if and when spring decides to actually spring on us!
And now you are probably laughing because I just told you I am a brown thumb... inching close to black. But that has never stopped me. Today I'm going to show you how to fake a green thumb with this planter box idea!
So the other day my son looked at our front door and said "Christmas is over" I laughed nervously at him and said "Yes, but this is a winter wreath you see here" I had removed the "Merry Christmas" part and so it looked plenty wintry to me. He just gave me a skeptical look. Truth be told, it is still winter outside, I even had to shovel snow yesterday. But he got me thinking that what I needed was a change in attitude.
So for this month's Ten on the Tenth I've decided to make a new Spring wreath for the front door. The theme is, things that we love to decorate with all the time.
And for those of you wondering what Ten on the Tenth is well, it is a group of us blogging friends who get together on this day to share a project with you, one that costs us less then ten dollars. Last month we talked about Spring projects and the month before we shared Valentine's Day ideas.

It may not be here yet, but that doesn't mean we cannot quickly add spring to our homes, by bring some flowers indoors - even if they are not real.
It is 2018 and that means new things. I am so excited to share with you that I have joined a wonderful group of ladies who host a monthly blog hop with the theme "Ten on Ten". I can see you scratching your heads and wondering what that must be. Well, on the tenth of every month, ten of us will be teaming up to share different projects. So for the price of one... meaning me, you will also get another nine bloggers who share their projects and ideas on the same theme.
This month we decided to start the year running and dive right into Valentine's day. And so I present ten projects for a special Valentine's Day. Be sure to scroll all the way down to see the rest of the ladies' posts.
I'm Mary and I recently moved to New York from beautiful Greece. I like to re-purpose and up-cycle anything that is old or looks like junk. Join me as we use our creativity to spark some life into old things. And do it frugally! You will also see lots of photography of my Greece and New York.
