Hi, I’m Mary and I live in the boondocks, in a town all the way out in far away Greece. I moved here some time ago from New York. Now that my four children are almost grown I am able to pursue my passion for taking the old and cast aside and transforming them to something new and useful. I have enlisted the help of my hubby and we enjoy spending time together on these projects, and inspiring each other! For me there is no greater satisfaction than to be able to save something from the landfill. This is also my way of combating the economic crisis here in Greece. I am a new blogger (almost 6 months) but I feel as if I know many of you very well. It is such a pleasure for me to be able to connect with so many like-minded, kind and wonderful people in the blog community. Oh, and lest we forget, I am a dog lover, but you can already see that!
