The Colors of the Beach in My Boondocks – Ο Τόπος Μου

Sharing is caring!

Today is the 1st of October and for me that is when Fall begins, because up till now we have had warm beach weather here in Greece. And so as we transition into Fall, I may not have pumpkins galore to show you  but I would like to show you my boondocks.  So you can see how lovely it is in my corner of the world and we can say goodbye to Summer.

And so these are my boondocks.  We came here many years ago with the intention of making it our final home and yet now we are scattered. It is very unfortunate that the country has taken such a turn for the worst, with no end in sight.  I pray and hope  that the youth of this country can find a way to crawl out of the wreckage, because they are not at fault and yet they must bear the burden of tomorrow.

It is hard on the feet Tom. I always wear those rubber shoes when I go swimming.

Yes, I wake up in the morning and look out the kitchen window and I don't even mind the dishes.

I love your beach pictures. Even thought the calendar says October, its still up in the 80's here in Florida. We have beautiful beaches here too. I rarely see a "real" fall anymore.

It's hard to feel bad about not having pumpkins when you're surrounded by such beautiful beaches! Your pictures are gorgeous, and I hope the unrest in your country stops.
