Wrapping Up the Holidays Features

Sharing is caring!

A little over a month ago, I along with my blogger friends hosted the Wrapping up the Holidays Link Party. The party ran till a day before Christmas. And we had a huge response from all of you who linked up.

It is only proper that we announce the features, now that the party has concluded. We’ve each picked different features so make sure you visit the other ladies to see if you were featured.

For those of you who are not bloggers, there are over 250 ideas to inspire for Christmas.  And although Christmas may be over, we are still in full Holiday mode. And I think many of these ideas can be used all year long.

My First Feature, Repurposed Gift Bags:

Susan of Organized 31 took old sweater sleeves and turned them into these very pretty gift bags.  You all know that this is a project that appeals to my repurposing heart.

My Second Feature, a Christmas Ornament:

Yami of the Latina Next Door made Christmas tree ornaments from Easter eggs and finials and the result is absolutely stunning. I will definitely be trying this idea for next Christmas!

My Third Feature, lots of Bling with Nature:

Sarah of Craft Invaders has transformed her lighting fixture into a chandelier using twigs and ornaments. This is such a spectacular way to bring nature into your home and to add bling.  I believe this would also be a show stopper for New Years!

My Fourth Feature, Artwork:

Debra of Shoppe No.5 has made a bold sign from an old fence for Christmas.  It is so beautiful and commanding!  Now this is what art looks like!

My Fifth Feature, A Tablescape:

Carol of Comfort Spring Station shares her vintage China tablescape with us. And she pairs it with a shining snowman. Sets like these bring back such memories.

And Christmas would not be complete without a dessert:

These easy to make crescent cookies from Cooking with Carlee remind me of our Greek cookies.  The added fudge just takes them to a whole other level!

And that about wraps it up for the holidays! I want to thank all of you for linking up and for visiting to get inspiration. After looking through all these great ideas, I’m already making a list for next year’s Christmas preparations.  It’s never too early! “wink”

Happy Holidays to everyone!

Yes Debbie, so many great ideas and never enough time to implement them all in one season. Maybe we should have Christmas twice a year. Happy Holidays!
