Ten Projects for A Special Valentine’s Day

Sharing is caring!

I generally try not to wait till the last minute when it comes to decorating or planning for a holiday.  But even if I do, I usually find projects that are easy to make and frugal! These Valentine’s day crafts are an easy and fun way to decorate your home or create a gift for someone you love.

A round up of ten projects and valentine's day crafts.

I am so excited to share with you that I have joined a wonderful group of ladies who host a monthly blog hop with the theme “Ten on Ten”. I can see you scratching your heads and wondering what that must be. Well, on the tenth of every month, ten of us will be teaming up to share different projects. So for the price of one… meaning me, you will also get another nine bloggers who share their projects and ideas on the same theme.

This month we decided to start the year running and dive right into Valentine’s day. And so I present ten projects for a special Valentine’s Day.  Be sure to scroll all the way down to see the rest of the ladies’ posts.

Wall Decor using a Tray and Stencils
This lovely wall decor was repurposed from an old wood tray. Keri of Repurposing Junkie created her own stencils and then added them onto the wood. I think this is a great Valentine’s day craft, and it’s rustic enough to be used all year long as well.

Gift From the Heart
This little heart was made thanks to my son’s enthusiasm when he was young. It is a piece from a wooden basket. He managed to break it and I in turn repurposed it into this sweet gift idea using decoupaged paper.

Using a frame as a backdrop, I created this simple idea and added a heart made out of twine wrapped wire. It is very easy to make and after you are done you can still use the frame and add something else in the front.
